OUR MOBILIZATION PROCEDURE AND STRATEGY

01. Tabled the requirements of employer, verify to the data bank and find out the no. of requirements and categories that need to fulfill.
02. Call staff meeting
03. Discuss and identify the potential areas of finding manpower
04. Calculate the total expenses including service charge
05. Fix the total cost, so that there should not be different between one to another candidate
06. Mobilizing our staffs to the potential areas to make gather the potential candidates and fix the date for preliminary interview
07. Our interview team will conduct preliminary oral interview
08. Fix the date for final interview as per the client's schedule. If clients do not have time to come here for the interview, our expert will conduct final interview in our training  yard and take guarantee of the people.
09. Selected Candidates will go for the medical checkup.
10. We collect passports, medical fitness Certificate, Testimonies, their Photographs and forward to our clients.
11. Lastly once we received the visa of workers will be mobilized them within two weeks of time.
